Welcome to Millionaire Bazaar, a global luxury ecosystem connecting brands, investors, and high-net-worth individuals through exclusive exhibitions, memberships, and online services. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of:
- MillionaireBazaar.com and all related digital platforms (“Online Platform”);
- Millionaire Bazaar Exhibitions held in the United States and Dubai (“Exhibitions”).
By using our services or participating in our events, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services or attend our events.
Part A. Online Platform & Membership Programs
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or register for membership.
2. Account & Membership
- You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Memberships may include annual subscriptions, premium services, or access to exclusive events.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
3. Payments
- Fees for memberships, digital services, and event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be made in USD or other currencies we specify.
- By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on MillionaireBazaar.com is owned by iEvents Pro LLC or its licensors.
- You may not copy, distribute, or use content without written consent.
5. User Conduct
- You may not post unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- You may not interfere with the security or functionality of the platform.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- We comply with U.S. privacy laws, GDPR (EU/EEA), and Dubai PDPL.
- By using our platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
- Online services are provided “as is.”
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Governing Law (Online Services)
- For online services, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
- Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in San Antonio, Texas.
Part B. Exhibition Participation
1. Application & Registration
- Exhibitors and sponsors must submit an official application and be approved by Millionaire Bazaar.
- Participation is binding only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Fees & Payments
- Exhibition fees must be paid in full before event opening.
- Fees are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by the Organizer.
3. Booth & Display Rules
- Exhibitors must use assigned spaces only.
- Dangerous, unlawful, or disruptive materials are prohibited.
- Booths must comply with safety and fire regulations.
4. Insurance
- Exhibitors must maintain liability, property, and personal insurance.
- Millionaire Bazaar assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or injury.
5. Intellectual Property at Exhibitions
- Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring they have rights to display all products and materials.
- Any infringement claims are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
6. Liability
- Millionaire Bazaar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the exhibitor.
7. Force Majeure
Millionaire Bazaar is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or pandemics.
8. Governing Law (Exhibitions)
- For exhibitions in the United States, disputes are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
- For exhibitions in Dubai, disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in the respective jurisdiction.
Final Provisions
- We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on MillionaireBazaar.com.
- Continued use of our services or participation in exhibitions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
